I Do Not Receive My Workout Reminder Emails. What Should I Do?
If you do not receive your workout reminders, please follow the steps below:
1. First check that your membership is still running:
- Log in to HAPPYneuron.com. (How Do I Log In?)
 - Click on “Brain Coach” in the “Method” tab in the main menu.
 - Click on “My Program” in the “My Account” section at the right side of the page.
 - Under “My Membership, please check that the expiry date for your membership has not been reached or exceeded (box checked).
 
- Log in to HAPPYneuron.com. (How Do I Log In?)
 - Click on “Brain Coach” in the “Method” tab in the main menu.
 - Click on “Workout Reminders”.
 - Please verify that you have correctly chosen the days you want to train on (box checked).
 
4. Not receiving your workout reminder on a set day may also be due to server problem. In such a case we can only advise you to be a little patient.
